Artworks 30x30cm or smaller: We offer FREE worldwide shipping. These items are dispatched via EMS for international orders and Yamato Transport for domestic orders within Japan.
Artworks larger than 30x30cm: These pieces require specialized handling and packaging. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. Please contact us directly from the product page for a custom shipping quote before completing your purchase.

返品、返金
1. 返品・キャンセル不可
一度注文が確定した後のキャンセルは一切お受けできません。また、お客様都合（イメージ違い、色味の相違、部屋に合わない等）による返品・交換も固くお断りしております。購入前に詳細情報をよくご確認ください。
2. 破損・紛失時の対応
配送中の破損や紛失の際は、到着後5日以内にメール（[あなたのメールアドレス]）にてご連絡ください。
資料の提出: 保険申請のため、破損箇所および梱包材（箱を含む）の写真・動画の提出をお願いします。
対応: 修復可能な作品は保険を適用して代替品を製作・発送します。一点物（彫刻など）で代替不可の場合は、証拠資料を確認後、全額返金いたします。
3. 受取拒否・配送トラブル
関税未払い等により受取拒否や返送となった場合、往復の送料および手数料（商品代金の30%、上限3万円）を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
住所不備等による返送時の再発送は、送料をお客様負担にて承ります。追跡番号をお伝えしますので、確実な受取をお願いします。

At pudding bob, we take the utmost care in preparing your artwork for its journey to your collection. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not accept cancellations for any reason, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or room fit. Please ensure all your details are correct before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Lost Items
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at [あなたのメールアドレス] within 5 days of the delivery date.
Documentation: To process insurance claims, we require clear photos and videos of the damaged artwork and all packaging materials (including the box).
Resolution:
For artworks that can be recreated, we will prepare and ship a replacement at our expense, covered by shipping insurance.
For one-of-a-kind pieces (e.g., sculptures) that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued upon receipt and verification of the required photographic/video evidence.
3. Delivery Issues & Refusals
Refusal of Delivery: If a delivery is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, we will issue a refund minus the round-trip shipping costs and a restocking fee (30% of the item price, capped at 30,000 JPY).
Re-shipment: If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we can arrange re-shipment provided the buyer covers the additional shipping costs. All our shipments include tracking, and we kindly ask you to ensure receipt of your package.
